We went rope swinging down in Mona, Utah. I am not going to name all the people that went down... but it was such a beautiful day, and the water was not too too cold! It was sooo much fun!
I am pretty sure this is the smaller swing.. but there is one that's above this one, that's like 3o ft. Scary, but soooo fun!!! I was even able to manage to "Strike a Pose!" I am pretty proud of that!

On a better note, this is one of my really good friends Dan. It was his big 30 this week, same day as my father...just add a few years for him. We celebrated at my favorite restaurant, Texas Roadhouse!
Well... I won't say how old this big ol' guy turned, because I am pretty sure he would somehow get back at me 2000 miles away. Trust me its possible! Don't let the gray hair fool ya! But this is a little tribute to my amazing father! He's the best father that I have ever had :) One day, I hope my future kids/husband will love me more than my dad! Jayden lovves his walker... he wants to walk before he even learns to crawl... you have to listen for his giggle! He is deathly ticklish! Lovve it!
